Today is April 29, 2009.My day has been semi okay. I am a little upset that there are a lot of bad things happening on this campus today and I am going through some things personal and not personal. A young man is leaving today because he doesn’t want to live here at San Pasqual Academy. But in my all or opinion the reason he is leaving is because he smokes all the time. Even though he smokes all the time but he is still a good person. I am also mad that I am not doing as good in school as I used to, I am not doing my homework that much and sometimes I wait until the day of but I do try. I am mad at the fact that I have to wait to see my father they will not let me see him if there is not supervised. Well thats all for now maybe until tomorrow.

Fourth Quarter Goals 2008

This quarter, I will get in A in english.In order to achieve this, I will do all my homework and study for each test.

This quarter, I will not be kick out of class. In order to achieve this, I will not talk when not asked and also I will not entertain coversations that can make me sidetrack.

This quarter, I will get a 3.0. In order to achieve this, I will do all assignments and pay attention in class.

When hew says an good education is no longer just a pathway to opportunity it is a prerequisite that meanse that an education just is not going to help you you have to look for it out of the text book you have to know knowledge that is not in a book.

At first, I thought rhyme was just repeating and making the words sounds but I learned that rhyme isrhyme is a repetition of similar sounds in two or more different words and is most often used in poetryand songs. "Imagery and Figurative Language."

At first, I thought imagery was like amagination but I learned that this was wrong. Actually, imagery is the language that appeals to the five senses. I also learned about figurative language. I used to think figurative language was bad words or not using words correctly. But I learned that figurative language is word or phase that describes an thing in terms of another and is not meant to be understood on a literal level. The three main types of figurative language are similes,metaphors and personification.
