"Poetry Sounds"
At first, I thought rhyme was just repeating and making the words sounds but I learned that rhyme isrhyme is a repetition of similar sounds in two or more different words and is most often used in poetryand songs. An example of a poem with end rhyme is below.Whose woods these are I think I know,His house is in the village, though; He will not see me stopping hereTo watch his woods fill up with snow. Robert Frost’s “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”: The title the poem is " Stop by Woods on a snowy Evening." The author is Robert Frost's. The rhyme scheme is A B C A.On my poetry pretest, I was below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be at grade-level.
